SetRecord Ltd ("we") processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and under the supervision of the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC).
Data we collect
- Contact requests: name, organisation, professional email, role and any context you provide when requesting an audit or demonstration.
- Technical data: strictly necessary information to operate and secure the site.
- Audience measurement: anonymous analytics, only with your prior consent (see our cookie policy).
Purpose & legal basis
We process contact data to respond to your request and to deliver the audit you asked for (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). We do not sell your data and we do not share it outside what is necessary to answer you.
Data residency
Personal data is hosted within the European Union, under Irish jurisdiction. Sovereign and on-premise options are available for client deployments.
Retention
Contact data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact audit@setrecord.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish DPC.
